The Supreme Court on Friday said it will continue to block the Trump administration from deporting Venezuelan men detained in northern Texas.

The Supreme Court sided with a group of Venezuelan immigrants after President Donald Trump tried to deport them under the Alien Enemies Act.

The court found the Trump administration did not give detainees who were slated to be deported enough time to challenge their removal from the U.S.
