LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Chargers began the 2025 NFL draft by selecting North Carolina running back Omarion Hampton with the No. 22 pick in the first round on Thursday night, following up with their first pick on Friday to select Ole Miss wideout Tre Harris in the second round.

The Los Angeles Chargers selected Ole Miss WR Tre Harris with the No. 55 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft. Tre Harris is a physical, strong-framed possession receiver who can win from multiple positions.

For the second consecutive season, the Chargers pick a wide receiver in the second round of the NFL draft, selecting Mississippi's Tre Harris at No. 55.
