Jennie’s Original Pierogies announced it is closing its Garden City store due to landlord issues. The owners said they are still seeking a new location.

Rush will play its first area concert in more than 10 years when the Canadian rock band performs at Little Caesars Arena on Aug. 26, the band's reps announced Monday. That is located in Birmingham, where there have been three reported sales at or above $1,000 a square foot in recent years. The actual sale prices of those Birmingham condos were between $2 million and $5 million, he said.
