The Red Sox third baseman went 1 for 4 with a double off the Green Monster in the seventh inning in Boston’s 5-4 comeback win over the Rays.

The Red Sox signed Alex Bregman to a three year, $120MM contract this offseason. In reality, it's a series of one year deals at $40MM per year. Bregman has the opportunity to opt out at the end of this season and it's highly likely that he will. That is, unless he signs an extension with the Red Sox. Here's what Bowden wrote:
