Adair County closes all schools Wednesday after threat made against district
COLUMBIA, Ky. (WBKO) - Adair County schools superintendent Jason Faulkner took to social media to announce the closing of all schools in the district for Wednesday, Sept. 11 after a substantiated threat was reported to the district this morning.
No backpacks or large purses allowed at Adair County Middle, High School
Backpacks and large purses are no longer allowed on the grounds of Adair County Middle School and Adair County High School. Superintendent Jason Faulkner has been providing updates about the reported threat investigations and schools had to close some days out of an abundance of caution.
