A Liberty County man whose kids were found in a possible drowning incident was in court on Wednesday for a separate case.

The three kids involved in an incident at their home on FM 1008 in Dayton are said to be in foster care and will be placed with a family after a judge granted DFPS Temporary Managing Conservatorship.
