MIDDLEBURY, Vt. ( ABC22/FOX44) – Vermont State Police reports that they have activated their Search and Rescue Team, plus more to help in the search for a 21-year-old Lia Smith. Smith, a Middlebury College student, was last seen on campus Friday night, October 17. She was reported missing to authorities on Sunday.
