Julius Randle scored 29 points on 13-for-18 shooting to send the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Western Conference finals for the second straight time with a 121-110 victory over the Golden State Warriors in Game 5 on Wednesday night.

The Knicks and Timberwolves are in a position to close their respective series and advance to their conference finals.

Golden State remained gracious in defeat, though. Shortly after the final buzzer, the Warriors sent a two-word message to Minnesota via social media. The Warriors shared a video of the post-game interaction between the players, which included Curry embracing Anthony Edwards and giving the young Wolves superstar a brief message.
