Texas State University has two new therapy dogs, who were sworn in as part of the university police force.

Texas State Police held a swearing-in ceremony Wednesday to welcome the department’s therapy dogs.

“Dogs and cats don’t like running around in this any more than we do,” said Tyler Animal Services Director Shawn Markmann.
