The Golden State Warriors will get an opportunity to avenge their only loss of the Jimmy Butler era when they host the Dallas Mavericks Sunday in a game that will lead into the raising of Andre Iguodala's jersey to the Chase Center rafters in San Francisco.

Ten years after Iguodala helped the Warriors to their first of four championships, the team immortalized him by retiring his jersey. Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Kevin Durant are next in line. He didn’t have to be the best to be the first.

Andre Iguodala left an undeniable impact on the Golden State Warriors during their four championship runs from 2015 to 2022. The franchise honored his efforts with a medallion outside the Chase Center.

The four-time champ and former NBA Finals MVP became the seventh player to have his jersey retired by the Warriors.
