The Florida Lottery announced Thursday that a ticket worth $1 million was sold on the Treasure Coast. The lottery said the quick-pick Powerball ticket was sold at the Publix located at 3253 SW Port St.
According to Florida Lottery records, a winning Powerball ticket was sold at a Publix in Port St. Lucie. The winner took home a million dollars after matching five numbers.
Of Saturday’s Powerball, Cash4Life, Fantasy 5 and Florida Lotto drawings, two jackpots were won, one from a ticket bought at Publix in Hallandale Beach and the other split between tickets sold at a longtime Fort Lauderdale bookstore and a Martin County Publix.
