A 19-year-old Kansas City resident was arrested and appeared in court Friday in Massachusetts in connection with an arson at a Tesla dealership in Kansas City, Missouri, according to the U.S.

The Missouri Attorney General's Office announced Friday that it has filed a lawsuit against the city of Kansas City for an alleged violation of the state's Sunshine Law.
