Expert witnesses for the accused killer will not challenge scientific finding that the suspect’s DNA was located on a knife sheath discovered at the crime scene, according to prosecution.

Prosecutors believe Bryan Kohberger’s defense team will argue at his murder trial that someone else could have planted evidence with his DNA in the home where four University of Idaho students were murdered in 2022.

Bryan Kohberger’s attorneys said there are 68 terabytes of evidence in the case, and they want the state to avoid presenting “inflammatory” photos and video.
