The Dallas Stars have added another assistant to new head coach Glen Gulutzan’s staff. David Pelletier is joining on as an assistant coach, the team announced Friday. Pelletier spent the last 11 years with the Edmonton Oilers and has experience working with Gulutzan.

Faksa returns to the Stars after a year away. The Stars have not focused on adding much, as they have prioritized getting big contract extensions done that have taken up all their available cap space. They have locked up Matt Duchene and Jamie Benn among others.
