All San Antonio-area H-E-B stores, including shops in Cibolo, Floresville, Schertz, Pleasanton, Fair Oaks, Leon Springs and Lytle will be open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday. San Antonio's lone Central Market store opened at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Forecasters say Sunday night and Monday night could be pretty bad.
