Saffron risotto with salmon & asparagus I love making risotto (when I have the time) because it’s so fun to change up the flavors using the same base but different spices and proteins. This one was soooo gooooood. Comment “RECIPE” to get the full recipe, or save this post: For the Risotto 1/2 tbsp olive oil or butter 1 small shallot, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup arborio rice 1/4 cup white wine A pinch of saffron (8-12 saffron threads) 3 cups chicken broth 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan

Current fav sandwich is a copy-cat from a local coffee shop, with a homemade chili crisp mayo. Mayo?!? ME?! Turns out, if it’s homemade, I’ll eat it. #sandwich #recipe #lunch | Dope Kitchen

My dog freaked out over cooked lamb! 🐑 I had NO IDEA this was a thing, because I haven’t cooked lamb in my home in a few years. I had the idea for a lamb smash burger, and I had ordered a few pounds in my @butcherbox shipments over the last few months, so it was time to put it to use. About 2 minutes into cooking the first patty on my cast iron, Jax started to freak out - pacing, tail tucked, whining, and shaking. He walked over toward the kitchen and looked at the stove, sniffed the air, then

I have trouble eating enough protein everyday, so I decided to make meatball snacks, because I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, and I’d rather snack on… a ball.. of meat! Y’all loved my first meatball snack recipe, so here’s a tangy, delicious turkey meatball with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes. I tripled the below recipe so I could have a huge batch for us my family this week: 1 cup spinach 3-4 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, oil drained 1/3 cup breadcrumbs 1 egg 4oz goat cheese log (NOT crumbled

I went *back* to Stºned Pizza in NYC and here’s what I thought… The first time I went in 2023, I was told that each course had 100 mg (so 300 total for the whole meal), but this time, I was told the entire meal was only 100. Hmm… something’s changed? Either way, a *true* 100-300mg is too high for the average consumer. IMHO. The first time I went, they served a delicious cannoli *with* sorbet for dessert, and this time it was just gelato. The first time I went, they had some really fun mocktails

WE BOUGHT A CAMPER! I still can’t believe this is real. But we’re really doing it! I traded in my (40mpg) 2020 Ford Escape for a (10mpg) 2019 Ford F-250 (RIP my gas bill), and we bought a camper off of Facebook Marketplace! For the car, we tried to find local dealerships that had exactly what we wanted - 4dr crew cab, low mileage, a brand we trusted, a 360 camera (because parking this thing is no small feat), and more - but we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted at a price we felt comfortable w

By far, the most chaotic video I’ve ever made 😂😂 that roasted red pepper soup was POPPING OFF. Got all of my pantry staples for this soup from @Thrive Market … and everything I need for dessert, too, but I was too overwhelmed by the cleanup to make it 😅 You’ll just have to wait for the next video! L!nk in bye-oh for 30% off plus a free gift with your first order! #healthyliving #healthygroceries #thrivemarket #thrivemarketpartner #soup #lunch #recipe #cooking #groceryhaul
