WATCH: Despite the scorching heat, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon cycled from Rosario, La Union, to Baguio City via Kennon Road on Friday. Earlier in the day, Dizon inspected several unfinished infrastructure projects in Pangasinan. He was joined by Pangasinan Governor Ramon Guico III and other local officials.
