Well as I was getting ready this morning, I heard a toot outside my window and it was the USCGC Spar arriving back in Duluth after having been out on the Lakes… I could hear the salute but didn’t have a chance to get to the window to see them until they were in the harbor… hoping to scoot over to the dock and see them a little closer before I leave… maybe tour the vessel?
