First Day of School Activity for Teachers Who Need a Better Start

Students described what it was like being locked inside Salinas High School for several hours after a reported bomb threat disrupted the first day back to school. One student said the announcement left them frightened and wondering where the possible threat could be. Others said teachers helped keep students calm and distracted by playing games and organizing activities inside their classrooms.
