I was a little hesitant to post this, but here we go.. 🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s my birthday this coming Saturday, and although I’m not the biggest fan of birthdays, I decided to celebrate it this year to help raise money for IKAR. Yes, I know it’s my synagogue, but it’s so such more than that. They have touched so many lives for all of their social justice work, community efforts, outreach, helping those living with homelessness, Black Lives Matter, and workers’ rights movements.
