Homemade Cornmeal Muffin Mix (Jiffy size) 1/2 cup Yellow Cornmeal 2/3 cup all-purpose Flour 1 Tbsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp. Salt 3 Tbsp. Sugar (optional) 1.
