Every thread has its place, precision is not optional. Before a single shuttle moves, before the rhythm of the loom begins, there is warping. Up to 1,500 warp threads. Measured. Ordered. Tensioned. Each one placed with absolute precision. Hundreds of fine yarns are wound in exact sequence, forming the backbone of the tweed. One thread out of line could change the entire pattern.
