St. Croix was not shiny perfection — and honestly, I think that’s what I loved most. It felt unpretentious. Beautiful, but real. Gorgeous beaches without being covered in giant resorts. A little rough around the edges in a way that made me feel more comfortable, not less. Add in shore diving, sea turtles everywhere, excellent food, and that slower island pace… and suddenly this vacation started feeling a lot like future-life research. Not moving tomorrow. But definitely paying attention. #StCroi
